And it is FINALLY Friday. I'm beyond pleased. I have started and then bailed on 5-6 blog topics in the past few weeks. Work has been crazy busy. One of those kinds of weeks where I log on to my email and there are at least 6 fires to put out. And I gotta deal with getting them put out. Blurgh.
Anyway, Friday is here and I can dream of shopping. Have I mentioned that M. got a job? He did, so we're not as super stretched money wise, but we took a huge hit the last three years. It will be nice to get our credit cards back to normal. So I can't really shop.
But...if I could shop for myself, these would be high on the list:
Seychelles make very comfy dressy shoes, so these caught my eye: ($94 on Amazon)
Books, of course, I've been trying to avoid buying. I've snuck a few in, but these would be extra awesome, both on Amazon:
This vintage 1960s compote would look beautiful in my kitchen, but at $76, prolly not gonna happen:
If you've got the shekels, it's at Barking Sands Vintage on Etsy.
Have I mentioned that I'm carless. I have no car. No way to get around while M. is at work. In California. I know, it's a tragedy, right? I've been coping. I have a Ralph's supermarket within walking distance and I have my weekends. I do miss having a car, though. I want a little hatchback. Something shiny. Pretty. Something that works:
If you've got a spare lying around, email me. I'm all for cars as gifts. I won't even make you put one of those giant bows on it....

Hey, I've got an old yellow mustang that has been sitting in my driveway for eleven years now ;0)
