I don't exactly know what to say except that these are the worst outfits of all time. My aforementioned hatred of short shorts notwithstanding, pithy saying on t-shirts? REALLY?
Apparently, I have grown too old for Forever 21. Because these are crimes. If this is what 21 year-olds are wearing, they are hideous creatures. I'm not saying all the clothes were horrible, but there certainly was a theme.
I would like to call for a shop called Forever 31. Affordable clothing that has lots of a-line skirts that hit above the knee, ladylike dresses, shirts that go past the waist, blouses that highlight the ladies up top and camouflage the belly below. I don't want any shirts that say "Easy Breezy."
Any tips on shops (online or off) that are cheap, stylish, and carry clothes in sizes above an 8?

YESSSS!!! I agree with your idea! We are in NEED of a forever 31 with the specifications you mentioned! Finding nice and proper fitting clothing has been an issue for me lately. Everything in the stores right now pretty much sucks. Straight up ugly and/or unflattering. I am driving my husband up the wall with my laments. :)
